As co-chairs of the Governmental Advisory Committee (GAC) Working Group on Human Rights and International Law, we wish to thank you for giving additional time to the committee to finalize the ICANN org mandated FY24 ABR Feasibility Assessment Report on Sign Language Interpretation at ICANN Public Meetings.

This report presents some of the data the GAC Human Rights and International Law Working Group (HRILWG) co-chairs gathered for ICANN org’s consideration and was reviewed and approved by the GAC and its Leadership.

We wish to bring to your attention a particular procedural point in the recommendations, since we have experienced certain issues during the report development process, which may require action from your side depending upon future developments and implementation of sign language interpretation at ICANN Meetings.
