Dear Co-Chairs,

I think I have read the proposal very carefully, hence my summary.

If I were into ICANNnese (languagewise) I would "share my
understanding" as this proposal imposes so many and high burdens to
be met that the mechanism it proposes would never trigger.

That said, I am, as ever, impressed by the skills displayed by the
proposer :-)-O
