This it to inform you that Co-Chairs have concluded that it would not be effective to hold a CCWG-Accountability call only a few hours after the release of the Draft Proposal due for midnight UTC November 30th. As such, this week's call scheduled for noon UTC December 1st 2015 is postponed to next week: Tuesday, 8 December at 19:00-21:00 UTC. 

The agenda foreseen for next week will include debrief on input received during the webinars scheduled for Wednesday, 2 December, IRP implementation oversight Team and report of Chartering Organizations' discussions and activities.
