Accept new version of the draft recommendations as is and put on list for ok to send to plenary of 11 October.

FB and Phil Khoury comments could be captured in an addendum for the public consultation to provide background and context.
Action Items

SB – to prepare final version (changes to recommendations have to be replicated in the other sections of the document) and send to the list Friday 6 October
latest for objections to send to plenary for 11 October meeting. Participants will have until 23:59 Sunday 13 October to comment on this.
