Looks fine to me Bernie, but as I suspect these sentiments are well supported by the rank  and file of the CCWG, I wonder of the signature line after the Co-Chair names might be "on behalf of the CCWG on ICANN Corporate Accountability"   or some such...

Just a thought if t is opposed  NP...
