Yes, I saw that too … especially
since I know of no “drafts of reform proposals” that are in near-enough good
shape to start canvassing opinion about. I also wondered why ICANN would
be touring European capitols seeking government support rather than, say,
non-government communities. And why Europe and not, say, Africa or South
America?
