Attached you will find the public comment tool for your second draft proposal.
Please note that we have requested translations for the two comments received in Chinese and will incorporate them as soon as available. 
The CCWG-Accountability Cochairs encourage you to read all comments and to take notes of your observations in preparation for LA discussions .
