It would be very convenient to take into account not only the cost of implementation to make the decision.

A very important point is that this is one of the diversities that ICANN must protect and promote.

Of all the diversities, it is one of the most contributes to the active participation. It provides a rich diversity of opinions, significantly expanding the contribution of geographic spectrum, idiosyncracy, social values, and even gender.

It should be considered an investment, not a cost.

As this is not an expense type that is directly under the budget ownership of the co-chairs, Staff will have to make the decision on this request, but will definitely seek input from the CCWG members and co-chairs, before finalizing, and the discussion scheduled below during the plenary meeting will be very helpful to do so.
