This document still says a "culture of accountability" instead of "transparency" for WS2, as was pointed out in the call this morning.  WS2 is instituting at "culture of transparency" at ICANN.  Everything we do falls under "accountability" - WS2 addresses how "transparency" will help ICANN to be more accountable.
