Attached is
revised draft of the memo submitted in the prior email
describing the viability of the enumerated powers under the
three models â Member model, Designator model and
âVoluntary Collaborationâ model (name of third model not
settled). This memo responds to questions that came in from
the CCWG upon reviewing the prior document. For your
convenience, a clean and redline against the June 10 memo
are attached.

interests.
