Per the request of the co-chairs we are publishing the final draft version of Annex 12 for comments by the CCWG.

This is based on the version circulated yesterday which was sent to the lawyers for review.

You will find attached 2 documents, one with track changes and the other clean.

The comment period for the CCWG will run from 18:00 UTC Thursday 21 January and will close at 18:00 UTC Saturday 23 January - providing the 48 hour comment period.

Please note that the CCWG legal team is currently working with ICANN legal

on a proposal for Recommendation 6 (email from Holly.Gregory@sidley.com titled Report on Lawyers Call re Human Rights dated 20 January) . If this work is successful it will require amending Recommendation 6 and making an amendment to Recommendation 12 to reflect the change in Recommendation 6 (as noted in the email). If this is the case Recommendation 12 will be posted again for comments by the CCWG.

Once the comment period is completed the co-chairs and Rapporteurs will review the comments and a final version will be produced for a final legal check.
