Given the lack to material for the plenary to consider at this meeting it has been cancelled.

We expect the meeting of Wednesday 28 February 1900 UTC to be held with several final sets of recommendations from sub-groups to consider as well as the agenda for the face to face meeting at ICANN 61 Puerto Rico.
