Thank you for your mail of 3 November announcing the Charter for the Cross Community Working Group on Accountability and inviting other SO/ACs to join.

I am happy to inform you that the GAC has considered the draft Charter and resolved to adopt it. Accordingly, the GAC is joining the CCWG and has appointed the following members to the CCWG:
