This version has been generated from the conclusion of the second reading document with the following changes:
- Includes high level legal edits
- Re-arranged order of recommendations so they match the order they are presented in the document.
- Includes Ombudsman review language
- Includes an updated Section 4 (was changed from Changes to second draft, now changes to Third Draft)
As such you will find attached 2 documents:

Once this legal review is completed (48 hours), results of the review will be published on this list, a final version will be generated and posted for final CCWG comments.
