I appears this Wg intends to redefine the concept of "Final" (Proposal).

If we unfinal the proposal I would need to upfinal my Minority Opinion and would like to place this on record in addition to my expected objection against this not unexpexted lack of co-leadership.

It is clear, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that we need Public Comment after the Proposal will have been refinalized.
