Hi Karen,

I think some preference should be given to interested candidates form under developing countries. This way we can appreciate them so as to evenly utilization of limited funds.  

I hope the selection committee will take this into account as well.

SO: I encourage Co-Chairs to be very careful with this one. A member what it is and evaluation should be based on that; it should remain within the scope of respective appointing SO/AC to determine if such a member is performing or not.
