·       Document as presented, without comments, approved for submission to the plenary for a first reading on 27 September.

·       25 September call which was scheduled is cancelled. 2 October call may be needed depending on the results of the first reading at the plenary.

·       Staff to cancel 25 September meeting and monitor plenary for the need to keep the other meetings.
