It would be very helpful in trying to understand the board's concerns if someone from the board could say what are the specific powers and specific structures in a designator model that the board objects to.  

In last week's WP1 meeting, I asked that question of the board, but still have not received an answer to it, although it is a piece of information which is necessary to understanding where the concerns are so they can be addressed.  Thanks.
