Sorry but there is no intention (at least not from us) to change ICANN bylaws or the AoC (none of which by the way refer to "private sector led multistakeholder" approach). 


Well...article 4 of the Affirmation of Commitments actually does:

4. DOC affirms its commitment to a multi-stakeholder, private sector led, bottom-up policy development model for DNS technical coordination that acts for the benefit of global Internet users.
