please find attached a position paper for the discussion on the IANA-Stewardship-Transition. The position was developed in a multistakeholder process in Germany and is backed by the German government, eco-Association of the German Internet Industry, Denic e.G., ISOC.DE, DotBerlin and KRBE GmbH.
