Thanks for sharing this Xavier, the summary are particularly helpful. FWIW, Its interesting how much professional expense has gone into this process (this can be over 5years budget of some individual I* orgs that contributes to ICANN one way or the order) and i wondered what it would have looked like if volunteer hours were billed as well ;-)

Overall it is my hope that all these would not be a waste and it is also my hope that we would be more strategic on how we engage professional services in WS2.
