According to our schedule we were due to publish the next iteration of the report by 23:59UTC today Tuesday February 16th. 

Due to unforeseen travel delays for key staff supporting the CCWG-Accountability, we will unfortunately need to delay the publication of our document by approximately 8 hrs.
