We need to understand the cost impact of this request, as one of the elements required to review this request. We will share the costs estimate with the group, so that everyone has the same information. So that we can produce a cost estimate, could you help by providing an estimate of the number of calls, duration and number of participants estimated? Thank you in advance.

As this is not an expense type that is directly under the budget ownership of the co-chairs, Staff will have to make the decision on this request, but will definitely seek input from the CCWG members and co-chairs, before finalizing, and the discussion scheduled below during the plenary meeting will be very helpful to do so.
