I have attached a revised side by side that reflects the different proposals reflected in Greg’s email including:

1.  Alternative definitions of services (one offered by Andrew Sullivan, and an alternative, which is a composite of language proposed by Greg, Milton, and James Bladel.

2.  The contract language we discussed on the call last week, with an alternative proposed by Milton.
