We are trying to find a Director Service letter Bernard referred to in the CCWG –ACCT Webinar last week.  This is supposedly a draft letter for Directors to sign before taking office.  So far no luck.

 

Did you or Rosemary draft such a letter?  (As you may know, I am looking for Directors to agree not to sue SO, AC, or Sole Designator if removed.)
