Uncertain how useful this can be but I have simply run a machine comparison (Microsoft Word Compare tool) of the current Bylaws vs the Draft Bylaws (it needs a big machine with almost 10K changes tracked).

As such this is NOT an official red line of the original Bylaws vs draft but simply the results of a comparison tool and is provided AS IS.
