Please note and share the following message from the GAC Chair:

Dear Larissa,

Noting that the ATRT-3, once established, will have the option to modify the scope of the review, the GAC finds it of doubtful value to formally limit the scope of the ATRT-3 prior to its formation. The GAC also notes that work potentially envisaged by the ATRT-3 may overlap with activities in Work Stream 2 of the CCWG-Accountability. As a consequence, and to ensure efficiency, the GAC finds it appropriate for the ATRT-3 to consider such potential overlap situations when reviewing the scope and in planning its activities.
