Two quick comments:

1.  I note that the pages are not numbered.  This should be corrected before it is published.
2.  On the first page of what is now Chapter 6.1, there is an incorrect cross-reference, which could lead to considerable confusion.  (MS Word calls this page 43.)

This is in the 4th paragraph on that page, which now reads:

It is important that before participating SOs and ACs make decisions regarding how to vote in exercising a community power, they discuss the matter among themselves and with each other. Section 6.2 below sets out the CCWG-Accountability’s proposal on how to implement a simple system to do this, based on experience with the work of the CCWG-Accountability itself.


The cross-reference at the beginning of the second sentence should be to Section 6.3.  (Section 6.2 is "Influence in the Community Mechanism"; Section 6.3 is "An ICANN Community Forum.")
