For item 3 on the list makes the designator model look attractive. Question (based on item 5-8) is if chairs/leaders of SO/AC are for instance designated, doesn't this mean the respective SO/AC leaders would be bound by the internal accountability mechanism.
I think it was said in the past that designators cannot be assigned to position but person, if that still remains the case then my question above would be moot. Except to ask another; what will be the process of replacing a designated person.
