Yes I almost agree with you but n the light of the ongoing discussions , for the case( community actions against Board's decision in regard with GAC ADVICE ) that there is IRPavailable , Board removal should be with 4 SO/ACDUE TO THE FACT THAT IT IS DIFFICULT to agree that within an organization currently having 7 SOs /ACs ,3 SOs/AC

; LESS THAN A HALF of the 7 constituencies the Board be removed .

That will put the organization in some sort of instability even with Interim Board provisions.

Pls kindly think it over. We therefroe need to agree on an acceptable solution and slightly modify Annexes 1 &2 to make an expemtion of the removal of the Board in regard with adjustment you have mentioned.
