All,

In preparing the agenda for the 27 September 1300 UTC plenary it has become obvious that we will not be able to complete the usual administration and all  of the 4 first readings (SOAC Acct, HR, Ombuds, Staff Acct) and the second reading of the Diversity recommendations in a two hour meeting.

Given the importance of completing these readings at this time the Co-Chairs have decided to schedule an additional 2 hour plenary session to complete this work for Thursday 28 September 1900 UTC.

In addition to this the Co-Chairs have scheduled 2 additional plenaries prior to the 18 October 1900UTC plenary to allow all sub-groups the maximum opportunities to complete their work, should any amendments be required of sub-groups between readings,  and have it approved by the plenary so it can go to public consultation (if required). These additional plenaries are scheduled for:

• 4 October 0500 UTC
• 11 October 1300 UTC

If there is no need for either of these additional plenaries these will be cancelled on the preceding Monday via an email to the list.

The package for the 27/28 September plenary, including the agenda and documents, will be forwarded to the list within the next 24 hours as per usual.
