Just a quick clarification in case some of my fellow GNSO Councillors from the CPH read your post and wondered why they weren't invited.
This is a meeting of the NCPH, not of Council. And, yes, we have events scheduled from 0900-2130 on Thursday, L.A. Time.

I was not on the call today, but I’ve reviewed the notes and I see we are planning to have another call re: Rec 11/Rec 1 and the GAC recommendation this Thursday.
I don’t know if everyone is aware but the gNSO Council is having an intersessional meeting in LA this Thursday and Friday. The meetings are 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time. In scheduling the GAC call may I suggest that you take this into account?
