Hi everyone, We have arranged a 90 minute teleconference with the ICANN Board on 15 May at 13:00 UTC. A meeting invitation will be sent to the CCWG shortly. The purpose of the session is to brief the Board about our proposal. We propose that the first 50 minutes is used to introduce the proposal, followed by 40 minutes of question and answer and some time for interaction between CCWG members and participants and the Board. The meeting should be open for anyone to join, transcribed and recorded. The co-chairs will run the briefing, with Directors able to speak. CCWG members/participants should be able to ask questions towards the end of the session. Warm regards, Thomas, Mathieu and León
Dear Co-Chairs, am I missing something here? So, it is now a proposal. Not a draft report, no consensus call no minority view. If this doesn't violate the Charter I don't know what does. And when was this discussed? It is short notice and I am unavailable. el On 2015-05-11 18:30 , León Felipe Sánchez Ambía wrote:

Hello León , Just to set expectations with respect to feedback from the Board. The Board hasn’t formed a positon on the CCWG proposal yet, but individual Board members may have questions of clarification and comments. The formal Board response will be in writing as part of the CCWG public comment process. Dear all, Although I would very much like to attend, to hear the reaction and questions of the board (“feel the temperature of the (Adobe) room”), it is very unlikely that I actually can. I’ll be out at sea at that time, probably only with a satellite link, but mainly with other issues requiring my immediate attention.
