Dear all, As requested by many in the list, I am forwarding the latest information on legal costs that we received just earlier today. As Xavier Calvez points in his e-mail, information is intended to be updated quarterly. We note that there is still more information to be received (overall costs as requested on meetings, travel, staff, etc.) and we will be requesting this information and come back to you as soon as we get it back. Dear all, You will find attached an updated list of the independent legal advice invoice totals for both groups by month by firm. This document contains the most recent invoice information currently at our disposition. In the interest of transparency, it includes notably: the legal advice costs incurred by ICANN with each of the 3 legal firms employed: Jones Day, Sidley & Austin, Adler & Colvin. If invoices are unavailable for more recent months, an estimate was produced so as to reflect a most recent and up-to-date position. This information will also be posted on a new webpage, subject of a separate link on the Home page of the Transition ICANN website (see the link box on this page: https://www.icann.org/stewardship-accountability <https://www.icann.org/stewardship-accountability>), with the intent to be updated quarterly. I trust this will support a full transparency on the legal costs incurred so far on the project (short of publishing the confidential invoice details that I sent to you separately).
