All, As confirmed at the plenary meeting of 14 December the Co-Chairs will be evaluating and approving a first round of travel funding applications early next week. The Co-Chairs will consider those applications received by Sunday 18 December end of day in this round. We would encourage all those who qualify and wish to apply for travel support, but have not done so yet, to do so in the first round (emailing staff your application by end of day Sunday 18 December). If you have already applied for CCWG-Accountability travel funding to ICANN 58 you do not need to apply again. If you are applying for travel funding please remember this is only for attending the CCWG-Accountability Face to Face meeting to be held 10 March 2017 and is not meant as support for the entire ICANN 58 meeting. As such the most that can be applied for is airfare and 2 days of hotel and per diem (see rules for details at https://community.icann.org/display/WEIA/Travel+Support+ICANN58 ). A second round will be held as previously announced and will close 8 January 2017. Additionally we have received a number of comments that the application form was difficult to fill out. To remedy this issue please find attached a text only form (below and attached) which should be simple to fill out using any system.
