Also the CCWG could decide to have a face-to-face meeting in LA for its own purposes in Sept. The benefit is that meeting facilities, and staff are available in that time frame, The CCWG could decide that there is no need to actually have any separate session with the Board during its face-to-face meeting, but Board members are at least likely to sit in the room and listen to the CCWG discussions in that time frame.

We are just trying to plan out some dates for phone calls and face-to-face sessions - and the content of those calls and sessions will evolve in the next few weeks.
