All, Please note that the plenary scheduled for Wednesday 14 February 1300 UTC has been cancelled given the lack of topics to consider. Also, as instructed at the last plenary, staff have begun working on scheduling communications work (formatting, proofreading, illustrations) and language services (translation) for the final report. As part of this work the question of translation of the final report came up with respect to the public consultation. The Co-Chairs have considered this question and have come to the following conclusion - Since there have been no requests for this and that doing this could significantly and negatively impact our timeline to June 2018, the WS2 report for the public consultation, which will have the recommendations from all the sub-groups, will not be translated. The WS2 final report (but not the annexes) will be translated into the ICANN officially supported languages.
