I have always worked towards a balanced participation of all stakeholders with a special interest in a better representation of the developing countries in the different ICANN Advisor committees and Supporting Organizations. I am also a universitiy teacher and organize several capacity building activities related with Internet Governance and Domain Names, focused in Latin America and the Caribbean. I am a PHD in Business Direction, MBA, Master in Telecommunications Regulation and Electronic and Electric Engineer. I speak Spanish, English, Portuguese and German, and can understand French and Italian.
