Please accept my apologies for not attending the F2F in Copenhagen. Due to ICANN travel policy I won't be arriving in Copenhagen until Friday evening. I still haven't found an answer to the question "Who, and by what process, determines the Travel Policy?". I do have confirmation that at least parts of it isn't published - not very good in terms of transparency and accountability. Julf

Dear All, Unfortunately, I will not be able to make this face to face meeting which is held outside of the normal ICANN schedule. I would like for the record to reflect that ICANN does itself no favors by moving this important work to the margins of the meeting instead of holding this during the core of the meeting schedule where more people could attend and contribute. Paul, Be aware that the scheduling of the CCWG meeting plenary was made on Friday's preceding ICANN meetings at the request of the CCWG in order to avoid conflicts with other SO/AC scheduled meetings. If we are going to have a formal or informal practice of putting full-day F2Fs on the day before the formal meeting, we should recognize it, plan for it early enough that participants can make arrangements, and make sure that it is generally known. In the long run, I hope that we don't need this extra day, but it's fairly likely that the CCWG-Accountability will need to do this again for the next 1-2 meetings at least. Dear all Also have sent my apologies on WS2-Div. And as I'm a participant of fellowship coaching my approved arrival date is 10th not 9th so flight time did not coincide w/ time enough to go to the meeting. I understand not many new volunteers are here but maybe considering their willingness and possibilities of participation could help ccwg get more hands on deck.
