Dear Adam,
I may have missed some of the mails exchanged but I don’t remember that it was suggested that the public interest be replaced by human rights and internet freedom.

Clarification- do you mean INTERNET FREEDOM as no cost to people OR do you mean INTERNET FREEDOM where all content/IP is free for the taking. If you mean the latter, then that comes at a cost to Content Creators who own their IP, make their living from their IP and struggle if not fail to make livings because of all the theft of IP/Property that is rampant online. The theft on line is birthing a swell of litigations and forced arbitrations. Adressing Content Theft as a crime, in this accountability paper will mitigate issues. To adress Content Theft as a crime, then there has to be a relationship drawn to the Role Of Law Enforcement. To ignore Content Creators property rights, flies in the face of the name of our community here. I remind us all what Crocker said at AEI and is into that event record, "it has nothing to do with IP at all". He meant ICANN/IANA. I disagree. It has everything to do with IP. Your legal briefs, your websites, your emails etc are all at risk, too. Sincerely Carrie Devorah On Tue, Feb 17, 2015 at 12:39 PM, Robin Gross <robin@ipjustice.org> wrote:

Yes you did in Frankfurt, and there was no support to your suggestion.
