Dear colleagues, I'm in a series of all-day meetings this week and therefore can't make the meeting today. Nevertheless, in response to the materials for today, I am very strongly in favour of the suggestion for handling section 1.1.D -- removing everything except that which was in the report to be "grandfathered".
