Good morning: May I suggest that Work Stream Two (WS2) needs to be designed in a practical and feasible way with priorities and timelines. Albeit imaginatively exhaustive, the Mind Map looks like too much at once. The principal and initial priority should be SO/AC accountability both with respect to the appointment and mandate of their representatives in the Empowered Community (EC) and with respect to the exercise of community powers. +1 I am in agreement with priority item stated above. A number of us lived with a lot of things in WS1 in the interest of letting the transition succeed. In WS2, there is nothing more at stake except that we ensure the community to exercise the WS1 powers are themselves accountable. That IMO is the biggest item that WS1 would be dependent upon Regards Regards

good morning all, Christopher, the schedule was discussed on Friday and I believe, tho I could be wrong, that it will also be the topic of our Thursday meeting here in Marrakech. I would like to clarify in respect to your second point that there are no "representatives" to the Empowered Community. It acts by resolutions passed in the SOs and ACs through their usual processes. best Jordan On 7 March 2016 at 07:24, Christopher Wilkinson < lists@christopherwilkinson.eu> wrote:

Actually technically there would be representative who serves as vehicle to convey information/decision from the respective SO/AC for the community forum (ref: 3b page17). This does not remove the fact that such representative will act based on the direction of the SO/AC Regards

I'm a bit confused. Is this about Recommendation 10? That is a WS1 item. ________________________________ Brett Schaefer Jay Kingham Senior Research Fellow in International Regulatory Affairs Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom Davis Institute for National Security and Foreign Policy The Heritage Foundation 214 Massachusetts Avenue, NE Washington, DC 20002 202-608-6097 heritage.org<http://heritage.org/> __________ On Mar 7, 2016, at 10:49 AM, Seun Ojedeji <seun.ojedeji@gmail.com<mailto:seun.ojedeji@gmail.com>> wrote: On Mon, Mar 7, 2016 at 10:03 AM, Jordan Carter <jordan@internetnz.net.nz<mailto:jordan@internetnz.net.nz>> wrote: I would like to clarify in respect to your second point that there are no "representatives" to the Empowered Community.
