*CCWG-Accountability-WS2* *Approval of final recommendations on recommendations on Guidelines for standards of conduct presumed to be in good faith associated with exercising removal of individual Directors of the ICANN Board* All, The CCWG-Accountability-WS2 approved these draft recommendations for public consultations on 22 February 2017. The public consultation was open from 7 March to 22 April 2017 and produced 5 generally supportive comments except for one comment with respect to the ASO. At the ICANN 59 meeting in June 2017 the rapporteur met with the ASO to discuss the situation with them and agreed to provide edits which would address their concerns. The updated version was provided to the ASO at the end of August 2017 and the CCWG-Accountability-WS2 received confirmation from the ASO at ICANN 60 that the updated version adequately addressed their concerns. Given the changes are not significant the Co-Chairs feel that the plenary can approve this updated version of the draft recommendations on the list. If approved by the plenary these draft recommendations will not be published for a second public comment period and will become final recommendations which will be included in the WS2 Final Report. As such please find attached a red-line version of the document which shows the changes from the version originally approved by the plenary in February 2017. If there are no significant issues brought up by participants on the list by Monday 13 November 23:59 UTC the Co-Chairs will consider that the plenary has approved these draft recommendations. If there are significant issues the Co-Chairs will include this for discussion at the next plenary meeting.
