The redline version included seems to be a redline from the previous draft reviewed by the CCWG. When a recommendation is considered FINAL and thus ready for Chartering Organization review, can we please have a redline version showing the changes from the published 3rd Draft (preferably scrubbed of the name formatting changes and comments) to all the AC/SO to evaluate the changes.
