(completed) • Staff to publish SOAC Accountability Draft Recommendation for public consultation summarizing the issues around removing Mutual from MAR in the Announcement. (ongoing) • Diversity sub-group to decide how to proceed with the survey. (completed) • Greg Shatan to prepare an update for the next plenary on the Jurisdiction sub-group process, current work approach and progress. (this meeting) 4. Legal Committee Update Status of request from the Jurisdiction sub-group 5. Updates/Presentation from sub-groups - First Reading of the Human Rights "Considerations" (please note that the first part of the document is the HR Framework of Interpretation which was approved by the plenary previously. The new section "Considerations" begins on page 5 of the document and is what is being considered for a first reading). - Update on the Jurisdiction sub-group process, current work approach and progress - Presentation on the status of the IOT focusing on the draft Expression of Interest for IRP Panel Members 6.
