At the ACES Call today we discussed the UA Mobilisation Campaign.

We would request each of you to speak to your RALO Leadership and mobilise your RALO members to be ready for participating in the campaign in the next 15 days. This is important!

The Campaign: 
  • The actual UA campaign will  be run from 1-10 October 2025.
  • ALS es, UIMs, IMs or community members during the period need to   tweet, this message:
               Is @Amazon ready for a truly global Internet? #UniversalAcceptance means supporting all domain names of every length & language. #GetUAReady 

What  RALO Leadership needs to do :
  • RALO leadership needs to mobilise their ALS, Community members, IMs and UIMs to participate in the UA campaign.  For example they can send messages to their RALO ALSes or members, speak to them, message them,  speak about it in monthly calls, arrange a short call and brief members on this campaign etc. and inform them about the campaign and tell them what to do.
  • During the days of the campaign motivate ALSes, UIMs, IMs tweet on it.
  • Pass back any feedback to ACES members.
