I am currently refining the document and will make every effort to incorporate all relevant feedback as we move forward. I’ve noted several suggestions for a simpler, more agile version of the charter to streamline the implementation of the tasks at hand.


Regarding the proposal to schedule a meeting to discuss the charter, we are a large group with diverse interests. It seems unlikely that such a meeting would be the most effective approach to move things forward. Therefore, I am focusing on revising the document based on the comments received so far. Once the revised draft is ready, we will continue refining it from there.


The goal of this charter is to establish a clear framework for the group. It should not only provide guidance on what needs to be done but also set clear expectations, outline the primary goals, and include some form of measurement for our efforts. Most importantly, this framework must remain flexible enough to enable effective organization and operations without imposing unnecessary constraints or excessive oversight.
