Dear Group, I have recently joined, so didn’t have a chance to give my input. As we will be gathering sensitive data in the survey, may I suggest considering a privacy-respecting and FOSS solution for the forms? I used CryptPad for my digital security workshop surveys in the past and it was reliable with hundreds of responses, but I’m not suggesting a particular tool. (Disclosure: I have conducted trainings funded by Google *and* successfully helped users falsely accused of criminal activity by the company). I’m happy to help at any stage should you need it, and will contribute on EURALO level. Thank you!
