2024-05-20 AFRALO ICANN80 Planning Committee Call

·         Bram Fudzulani and Bukola Oronti  to prepare flyers for the Social media campaign to promote the Roundtables online 

·         Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong to share the AFRALO-AFRICANN google doc https://docs.google.com/document/d/1AH7N_ZYdPTkvERTO0FYZ6iz6v5E-nkGmTjxomOPbKXY/edit with AFRALO ICANN 80 organizing committee members. The statement will have a section to include the conclusions of both panels.

·         Michelle Desmyter  to send a report with results on the survey by Thursday May 23. Depending on the results, the survey will be closed by Friday May 24.

·         All speakers must be invited and confirmed by Friday May 31^st.

·         Once all speakers are confirmed Staff to ask panelists to provide a photo and bio for the promotional flyer.

·         Michelle Desmyter will schedule the next call next Tuesday May 28^th, 14 UTC.
