Je vous ai envoyé un mail le vendredi 04 août et le mardi 08 août 2023, pour demander des informations sur un virement d'un montant de $400 qu'on m'a envoyé depuis le 19 juillet  2023 des États Unis. 

Depuis lors, cela fait 6 jours maintenant je n'ai reçu aucune réponse de votre part.

Le manque de diligence d'une demande d'informations d'un client de votre banque révèle, non seulement, un manque de courtoisie, mais surtout, qu'un service client de qualité ne constitue nullement une priorité, encore moins un levier de croissance de votre banque.

Tant que vous y êtes, continuez à offrir de tels services aussi médiocres à vos clients.
